At the time of writing, Xiangli Yao is currently the best Electro DPS character to pull for. His team is also pretty much complete now, with Yinlin on the Sub-DPS role and Shorekeeper on Support so his team can basically carry you throughout the game.

Getting a copy of him is a no-brainer especially if you missed the free giveaway back in Version 1.2!
