At the end of it you can activate a grapple point launcher, follow those through the middle of a building and on to another road, then take an updraft (directly above Inferno Rider), then run up the side of the building grabbing the stamina crystals.
Just found it myself by accident, then found this post about the weapon when I looked it up to see who it would be useful for. I don't have Taoqi, but if/when I get her from a convene, I have a ready weapon waiting.
I have found the Broadblade Dauntless Evernight, just now.

You can find a free Dauntless Evernight on top of the highest floating skyscraper above the Inferno Rider boss. It's stuck into the roof so you might overlook it.
