Nightmare Bloom is a Dark element active skill exclusive to Bellanoir Libero. It was added into the game in version 0.2.0.6 along with Bellanoir Libero, and it serves as this Pal's strongest move.

With the Nightmare Stare Partner Skill, Bellanoir doesn't necessarily need to know the Nightmare Bloom move in order to have it trigger.

The Nightmare Stare Partner Skill is unique to Bellanoir Libero. Since it doesn't require any Pal Gear, it should be available as soon as you catch the Pal.

Defeat Bellanoir Libero in a Raid Boss Battle

To get Bellanoir Libero and its Nightmare Stare Partner Skill, you must first defeat Bellanoir Libero in a Raid Boss battle. Bellanoir Libero can be summoned to your base using a Summoning Altar and Bellanoir Libero's Slab.

You cannot catch the Bellanoir Libero Raid Boss. However, once you defeat this boss, you should receive a Huge Dark Egg, which you can incubate to hatch Bellanoir Libero.
