You can craft High Quality Recovery Meds from an Electric Medicine Workbench. To build this, you need to be at least level 43 to unlock it in the Technology tab.

Cavern Mushroom Location

One vital material required to make High Quality Recovery Meds is the Cavern Mushroom. Cavern Mushrooms are found in Mineshafts and in Dungeons, they are found growing on rock formations or somewhere near the walls of the dungeons.

First thing to do is to unlock the item under the Technology tab once you reach Level 12, only then can you use this item.

Also, since this item is a type of medicine, you can only craft it using Medicine Workbenches.

Use It on Yourself

You can choose to use it on yourself to gradually restore your HP. You can check the duration of the recovery effect by opening the inventory menu/viewing a Pal's stats and seeing if you still have the green cross icon.

This will be useful to counter the effects of the temperature whenever your Armor or Undershirts break. In environments with Hot and Cold temperatures, your HP will decrease bit by bit without the correct Body Armor.

Alternatively, you can also use this on a Pal that is in your party to gradually restore their HP. Do take note that it does not work on a dead Pal and it will not be able to revive them.

You can use it on a Pal on your base by going near it and selecting the Pal Menu and selecting Feed Pal, then you can select the Recovery Meds you wish to use on them.
