Haha, I came here to say the exact same thing -- I also asked "Who are you looking for" and got the whole Zack monologue haha I thought it was sweet that we finally understand her reasons for staying ("I took a part of his life") and how she's pretty much atoning for it her in Gongaga.
Lazy work for whoever put this together. Even lazier is whoever should fix it.
So as is probably obvious to everyone who finished this quest, Cissnei's answers to your questions all have VERY different answers. SPOILERS AHEAD: 1.) If you ask her who she's waiting for, she'll describe her relationship to Zack without mentioning him by name. 2.) If you ask her who she really is, Cloud makes conjectures about her identity, and she'll say he can think whatever he wants. 3.) If you ask her what she's hiding, she'll use Cloud's faulty memory to evade answering.
Idk if this makes a difference, but the end of this quest I was at max relationship status with Aerith and when asking Cissnei a question, I opted for "who are you looking for?" And the result wasn't like the guide stated "None of your business" She answered cryptically but it was definitely Zack she was referring to, even going to confront Aerith about it saying she finally knows what Zack saw in her.
