Charm of Bones can be obtained inside a hidden room in Maegfolc Graveyard at The Garden.

From the Enclosed Grove Camp, head southeast and climb up the ledges to reach a cave. Descend the stairs and press the switch on your left at the end to reveal the hidden room. Open the chest inside to acquire the accessory.

Avowed - Cave Entrance in Maegfolc Graveyard
From the party camp, climb up the ledges located southeast to reach the cave entrance at the top. Enter the cave and descend down the spiral staircase afterwards.

Avowed - Switch to the Hidden Room
At the bottom of the stairs, jump down the first ledge and locate the switch on your left, or when facing southwest. Press the switch to unlock the hidden room.

Enter the room and open the treasure chest inside containing the the Charm of Bones.

Ancient Brittle Bones Summon a trio of Skeletons to fight with you

How to Summon the Trio of Skeleton

Use the ability radial to summon the skeleton trio Tagghost, Briot, and Tym. The trio will remain in the field for at most 60 seconds each before disappearing.

After vanishing, Charm of Bones will enter cooldown for 60 seconds, where summoning the trio is disabled until it runs out.
