Inside a Chest in Northern Warden Tower

Ring of Greater Overseeing Location

You can get the Ring of Greater Overseeing accessory by going inside the Northern Warden Tower in Galawain's Tusks. You can get it from the locked room upstairs, which you can access by destroying the destructible wall. However, you must get the Twisted Iron Key in one of the rooms on the lowest floor to open the chest.

If you follow and do the Homecoming Side Quest, you'll be required to investigate the Northern Warden Tower, and you can use that chance to get the chest!
