How to Get Heavenstrike
Refined by Forgemaster Dela
First, forge the Moonstrike, then ask Forgemaster Dela to refine it in exchange for a Fragment of Starmetal.
Forgemaster Dela can be found at Solace Keep, east of the Galawain's Tusks region.
How to Get Moonstrike
You must complete the side quest: Forged of Star-Stuff and forge Moonstrike. Then, find another Fragment of Starmetal to refine Moonstrike and turn it into Heavenstrike.

Ondra's Anger for Better Frost Accumulation

Heavenstrike's main draw is its Frost accumulation, that with this Enchantment is enhanced further. The alternative, Lunar Champion, isn’t very useful. Its effect only triggers on-kill, providing a small amount of damage reduction for just 10 seconds. Additionally, the extra armor isn’t particularly useful for someone using an Arquebus.

Augmenting a Unique Enchantment replaces the original Enchantment permanently. Only one enchantment between the two augments can be chosen.

Weapons can be upgraded in the Workbench, requiring Metal or Wood and Herbs of equal rarity to do so. Upgrading Weapons increases its stats, raising its effectiveness in combat.
