In Avowed, you cannot drop items, but you can store them into your home stash from anywhere, which gets sent back to the chest back at the Party Camp.

You do not need to be at Party Camp to use this feature and can simply send them to the Party Camp by hovering over the item and pressing the designated hotkey.

Stashed Items Can Be Accessed At Party Camp

Once you arrive at the camp, you can find this chest next to the Workbench where you can access all of the items you sent there.

If you do not want to keep the items at all, you can instead break them down for parts that can be used as Upgrade Materials for other weapons using the game's upgrading system.
