Meteoric Devastation is the better choice as it more consistently outputs Fire Accumulation to other enemies.
While the alternative, Lingering Inferno, has higher potential Fire damage, it only works if enemies step directly into its lingering AoE.

| Developed by an ill-fated rival wizard of Citzal, this strange gun was designed to bridge the gap in arcane skill in a duel with the archwizard, which ultimately ended very badly for Izmalt. The weapon misfired in the duel, instantly trapping a fragment of the wizard's soul in the shard of adra that powers the gun. That fragment just so happened to stabilize the fireball-launching device for future users. Citzal claimed the device as a prize and a token of hubris, how it ended up in the Living Lands is a mystery. | |
