Complete the AIC Steward Quest

AIC Steward Mission Guide
To expand your factory, you must first finish the AIC Steward Quest. This quest is unlocked after reaching Authority Level 15 and completing the Restart Area Stock Redistribution I quest. You will receive a message from Fiona on your Baker, which will allow you to start the quest.

Interact with the AIC Steward

Arknights Endfield - AIC Steward
During the quest, you will gain access to the AIC Steward. The AIC Steward is usually located along the edges of your AICs, and has the appearance of a robotic owl.

Select a Factory Upgrade

Select a Factory Upgrade

After interacting with the AIC Steward, you will then be able to select and buy Factory Upgrades using Stock Bills. Take note that during the AIC Steward Quest, you will be required to buy the Depot Bus I upgrade. Interacting with the AIC Steward after the quest will allow you to buy the rest of the Factory upgrades.

Factory Expansions Are Not Shared

It is important to note that Factory Expansion Upgrades are not shared between AICs. You will need to individually upgrade your AICs if you want to expand them.

Wuling Factories Have Different Upgrades

Unlock Wuling Depot Bus
Wuling Factories are different from those in Valley IV in that the Depot Buses do not have fixed locations. Instead, players must use the Depot Bus Port and Depot Bus Section to place Depot Buses wherever you like.

The Depot Bus upgrades in Wuling instead increase the amount of Depot Bus Sections you can place.
