Rossi is confirmed to release as a limited 6 star Operator obtainable through her own gacha banner in Phase 2 of Version 1.1. Rossi will be a guard unit of the Physical element and wielding a Sword as her weapon.

Rossi is a 6 star Physical guard who can apply Vulnerability and deal single-target DMG. Rossi can also deal both Arts DMG and Physical DMG.
So far, Rossi is the only operator who can convert Arts Infliction on enemies into Vulnerability!
Final Strike Deals Physical DMG and Restores SP
The final strike of Rossi's 5 basic attack sequence deals Physical DMG to enemies and restores some SP.
Battle Skill Deals DMG and Applies Lift
When Rossi casts her Battle Skill, Crimson Shadow, it deals DMG and applies Lift to the enemy.
If an Enemy Is Vulnerable, Rossi's Battle Skill Applies Razor Clawmark
If you cast Rossi's Battle Skill while an enemy is Vulnerable, a follow-up attack triggers which further DMGs the enemy and applies Razor Clawmark due to her Talent.
Razor Clawmark deals continuous Physical DMG every second, equal to a certain percentage of Rossi's ATK stat. Also, the enemy receives increased Physical DMG and Heat DMG.
Rossi's Second Talent has Multiple Effects
With Rossi's Second Talent, if she scores a critical hit to an enemy with Razor Clawmark, the effect deals an extra instance of DMG and heals Rossi. If the target is Combusted, the DMG and HP recovery will be further increased!
Combo Skill Has Two Sequences
You can trigger Rossi's combo skill if an enemy has both Vulnerability and Arts Infliction stacks. Rossi's combo skill has 2 consecutive sequences. The first sequence simply deals DMG to the enemy.
The second sequence, which can be triggered by pressing the combo skill button again, consumes all Arts Infliction stacks from the enemy, deals DMG, and applies Lift. Also, Rossi's Critical Rate and Critical Damage increase.
Timing the Second Sequence Perfectly Applies 1 More Stack of Vulnerability
If you perfectly time the second sequence of Rossi's combo skill, by pressing the combo skill button when the combo skill indicator turns yellow, an extra stack of Vulnerability gets applied to the enemy!
Ultimate Deals Massive DMG and Applies Heat Infliction
Rossi's Ultimate deals multiple hits of Heat DMG to an enemy in a short period, applying Heat Infliction afterwards. It also deals increased Critical Damage on critical hits.

Lupine Scarlet is Likely Her Signature Weapon
Lupine Scarlet is likely Rossi's best-in-slot weapon, which will be available in the Scarlet Pearl Arsenal Issue that occurs at the same time as her banner.
While its details aren't available yet, its weapon skills will likely be tailor-made for Rossi's kit, such as granting buffs upon consuming Arts Inflictions and applying Vulnerable.

Wulfgard's Sister
In the Operator Narrative, Lone Wolf, it is revealed that Rossi is Wulfgard's sister, whose actual name is Catello. Based on his profile and how they talk about each other, one may surmise that Rossi is the younger is sibling.
In Wulfgard's audio log about Rossi, he referred to her as the Wulfperl of Famiglia Luppino, stating that though he may be the Pack's fangs and claws, Rossi is its heart and soul.
