Make Sure to Login the Same Account

To play the game with cross-save capabilities, make sure that you are using the same account on both your PC and mobile device.

Select the Same Server

Selecting Server

After logging in, select the same server, you originally chose for your account. If you select a different server, you won’t be able to access your saved data in that account since the account data is not shared between different servers.
