Pull for Arsenal Issues

Arsenal Issues, simply put, are entire pulls of 10 in a weapon banner, with each 10-pull having a guaranteed 5-Star weapon or higher. In essence, one Issue equals 10 pulls.

Because of this, Endministrators cannot do single pulls on Arsenal Issue banners. Each Arsenal Issue almost always costs 1980 Arsenal Tickets.

Obtain Arsenal Tickets From Pulling Headhunting Banners

Get Arsenal Tickets from Headhunting

Arsenal Tickets can be acquired by pulling in Headhunting banners.

4 Issue Attempts will guarantee a 6-star Weapon, and 8 Issue Attempts will guarantee the rate-up Weapon. Do note that you can only do 10-pulls in Arsenal Issue Banners.
