You can unlock Part 1 of Emergency Rescue by reading a message in the Valley IV Insta-Chat Group. Part 2 of the quest is immediately unlocked after completing Part 1 before entering the abandoned sewers.

Go to the Mining Camp

A batch of medical supplies were lost during delivery. To take care of this, go to the Mining Camp to find Medical Officer Yue. A little girl, Lilica, passes out and you help carry her inside. Perlica finds an ID belonging to Molly.

Find Clues About Molly

Find Clues About Molly

As Fiona does a background check on Molly, proceed to find clues about Molly. You can find a Neatly Written Work Notes and a Neatly Written Investigation Notes by the entrance of the emergency room.

Talk to Perlica

Talk to Perlica

Walk out the room with Perlica to receive a call from Fiona. She picked up a distress call from the UWST west of your current location.

Go to the Source of the Distress Call

Head out of the medical facility and go to the source of the distress call. The UWST crew mates are being held captive by the Landbreakers.

Defeat the Landbreakers

Defeat the Landbreakers

Help the UWST crew mates by defeating the Landbreakers. The crew asks you to find and save Molly and offer to lead the way.

Follow the UWST Crew Mates

Follow the UWST crew mate to where Molly was last seen. Fiona mentions an abandoned sewer tunnel that you can take to sneak into the area.

Enter the Abandoned Sewers

Enter the Abandoned Sewers

Immediately after Part 1 ends, Part 2 begins with you finding the abandoned sewers. Head to the right of the main entrance and follow the path until you find the entrance to the sewers.

Infiltrate the Meteorological Station

Infiltrate the Meteorological Station

Walk through the abandoned sewers and destroy the Blight core to progress further. As soon as you get out of the sewers, head up the nearest stairs.

Find Molly

Find Molly

As you enter the building, you see two Landbreakers with Molly. She is asking for the medicine supplies that they stole while you plan your next move.

Defeat the Landbreakers

Defeat the Landbreakers

Rescue Molly by defeating the Landbreakers with her. An explosive blows up as soon as you defeat them. You wake up in a different area in the building.

Find a Way Out

Find a Way Out

The room is full of Blight blocking your way out. Destroy all the cores by attacking it to clear the Blight in the room.

Destroy the First Blight Core
First, destroy the Blight core to your left. Follow the cleared path to the second core.

Destroy the Second Blight Core
Destroy the second Blight core. This clears a path to a control panel to open a door.

Use the Control Panel to Open the Door
Approach the control panel to open a way out. Before you get out, the Landbreakers have already destroyed the medical supply crates.

Defeat the Landbreaker Chief

Defeat the Landbreaker Chief

The Landbreakers have destroyed the medical supplies. Defeat the Landbreaker Chief and the other Landbreakers. Perlica checks on the supplies and some of it are still usable.

Give the Medical Supplies to Medical Officer Yue

Give the Medical Supplies to Medical Officer Yue

Return to the medical facility in the Mining Camp. Give the remaining medical supplies to Medical Officer Yue to treat the patients.

Talk to Molly

Talk to Molly

Find Molly east of the Mining Camp. She blames herself for putting the crew in danger, but you understand her reasoning behind those decisions. Lilica thanks you for saving Molly.
