Thunderberge can be a substitute for additional Shields in her Combo Skill. Finishing Call is a F2P option available as a pre-registration reward that can boost her healing, especially if players would rather use the selector for something else.

After the wearer gives HP treatment to an allied target, that target also gains 15% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG for 10s. If the said treatment exceeds the target's Max HP, the target gains 30% DMG Reduction against all types of DMG. The aforementioned effects cannot stack.

How to Play Snowshine
As a Teammate
Snowshine is a sustain character that can apply Cryo Infliction and Solidification through her Battle Skill and Ultimate, respectively. She is a good support for Shatter teams.
You get the most damage by using her talents in this order:
- Use Battle Skill to Apply Cryo Infliction
- Use Ultimate To Apply Solidification
- Combo Skill Continuously Heals Allies
Use Battle Skill To Apply Cryo Infliction
Snowshine's Battle Skill, Saturated Defense, grants Protection to nearby allies and refunds some SP. Getting attacked while Snowshine's shield is up will apply Cryo Infliction on the enemy. This is great for setting up Solidification.
Snowshine will also regen some Ultimate Energy when she retaliates with her shield, thanks to her SAR Professional Talent.
Use Ultimate To Apply Solidification
Snowshine's Ultimate consistently applies Solidification to enemies, so it's good to use as a window to deal massive damage through Shatter.
Combo Skill Continuously Heals Allies
Lastly, Snowshine's Combo Skill will instantly heal an ally, then continuously heal all allies nearby when the Controlled Operator drops below 60% HP.
