Arclight generates plenty of SP for the team via her low cooldown Combo Skill, but will need Electrification to trigger. This limits her to teams with at least one other source of Electric Infliction, as her only source of it in her kit is via her Ultimate.
Notably, her Electric DMG buff can only be accessed on every third consumption of Electrification via her Battle Skill, totaling a net loss of 210 SP. This contradicts her role as an SP generator, and is best treated as a bonus rather than a boon.

Arclight's builds focus on increasing her damage, with her endgame allowing her to buff the team to supplement her sub-DPS potential. Additionally, these builds boost Arclight's attributes, Agility and Intellect.

In the early game, Arclight is best equipped with the Roving MSGR set with the Thermite Cutter weapon. This build allows Arclight to deal higher damage in addition to buffing the team via Thermite Cutter's effect.
The Thermite Cutter can be obtained from the weapon selector in the New Horizons banner available early on in the game.

Arclight's best weapon is the Thermite Cutter due to its teamwide attack buff, in addition to being accessible via the weapon selector in the New Horizons banner. OBJ Edge of Lightness is a decent substitute as well, albeit with buffs limited to increasing Heat and Electric damage.
Twelve Questions can be used to boost Arclight's personal damage as a sub-DPS. Otherwise, Contingent Measures can be used as a weapon if higher rarity options are not available.

Type 50 Yinglung Gloves is used as an off-piece to further buff her Combo Skill while increasing Agility and Intellect attributes.

| Gear Set | |
In the early game, Roving MSGR is Arclight's best gear set, boosting the damage dealt by her most frequently used ability, the Combo Skill. The extra 50 points in Agility can boost the damage of the rest of her kit as well as her primary attribute scaling.
Arclight primarily deals damage and restores SP with her low cooldown Combo Skill. She can trigger her own Combo Skill with her Ultimate, allowing players to cast 2-3 Combo Skills in a short timeframe when played correctly.
You get the most damage by using her talents in this order:
Use Arclight's Combo Skill first before using Battle Skill to retrigger Arclight's Combo Skill again. This allows Arclight to trigger her Combo Skill twice in a short duration and maximize her damage.
When an enemy has an active Electric Infliction, use Arclight's ultimate apply Electrification, triggering her Combo Skill.
| Priority | Skill | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Combo Skill | Prioritize leveling this first to boost her SP recovery. |
| 2 | Battle Skill | This can be upgraded second after Combo Skill for the SP recovery, but can be left at level 6. |
| 3 | Ultimate | Primarily used to trigger her own Combo Skill. Can be upgraded third to increase damage dealt. |
| - | Basic Attack | Can be left unleveled, as her damage is primarily off-field. |
| Priority | Talent | Explanation |

Arclight's best gift is the Aurylene Camera, but she accepts Surfing Festival Ticket, Yinglung Dumbbells, and Tidestone Specimen as gifts as well. Gift Arclight these items to increase your bond with her!

Arclight is a Scout of the Fiannae Circuit and is currently assigned to Endfield Industries as a technical consultant. Arclight is no stranger to the harsh nature of the Wildlands, being the main cause of her family's death.
However the intervention of the Fiannae Circuit saved and adopted her, teaching the young Kuranta how to survive under most situations.
With her experience and knowledge, Arclight works hard to help any poor soul she comes across in Talos-II by teaching the basics of survival and translating the technology of Endfield Industries for layman's use.
