Read the Message from Fabian Collins
Visitor from the Band I unlocks after reading the Baker message from Fabian Collins which requires you to complete the Mysterious Signal main mission.
Visitor from the Band I Walkthrough
Visit the Refugee Camp
Make your way to the Refugee Camp in Valley Pass. Once there, approach the middle of the camp where the AIC Steward is located for a short cutscene with Avywenna.
Look for Suspicious People Nearby
There are four suspicious people marked around the Refugee Camp. Listen in on each one and Avywenna will comment on whether the person is hiding something or not.
After listening in on the fourth suspicious person, a short cutscene will play and Avywenna will ask you to expose the disguised journalist.
Expose the Disguised Journalist
The disguised journalist is the Proud Feline Woman taking notes near the center of the refugee camp. Speak to her and accuse her and a short cutscene will play where you and Avywenna call Aleeza to confront her, which also ends the quest.
