View Crowe's Message
To begin the first objective, press V to view Crowe's message, which requests your assistance at the Reconstruction HQ.
Go to the Reconstruction Headquarters
Follow the objective marker and go to the Reconstruction Headquarters, where you must talk to Crowe. In the conversation, he will reveal that contact has been lost with Dean and Clavell.
Find Clues About the Two Missing People
After talking to Crowe and hearing his concerns, the team decides to find clues about the two missing people. Run towards the objective, which will lead you to a camp.

| 1 |  When you reach the camp, use your Scan to highlight the clue. The first clue can be spotted on the far left, in the middle of the green chairs. Approach the map owned by Dean, which is sitting on top of the wooden table and press *View. |
| 2 |  Next, you must find Dean. Select the TP Point near the Plateau Trunkway and teleport there. Head for the marker and you'll see a panting Dean, who reveals that Clavell had lured the Aggeloi to the cliff. |
| 3 |  You will now have to save Clavell from the Aggeloi. Go straight to your destination and defeat three Aggeloi to rescue Clavell. |
Return to the Reconstruction Headquarters
After defeating the enemies, return to the Reconstruction Headquarters. Open your Maps, pick Reconstruction HQ at the Planned Construction Area, then click Teleport. When you get there, approach Clavell.
This will finish the mission, level up the Reconstruction HQ, Outpost Stock Bill yield efficiency and limit, as well as increase the categories of tradable goods.
