Arsenal Issue will feature three Charted Headhunting banners: Smelting Forge Issue, Express Delivery Issue, and Graffiti Issue. In each Arsenal Issue, a 6-Star weapon is guaranteed within 4 issues; a Rate-Up weapon is guaranteed within 8 issues. Do note that an issue gives 10 weapons at once!
