To start the mission, open up Baker to read Andre's message. He will tell you to gather Aketine and use the Packaging Unit to make bombs.

Go to the Valley Pass Refugee Camp and place the Packaging Unit near the Sub-PAC area. Make sure to unlock the Packaging Tech Node in the AIC Planning Interface.

Approach the Packaging Unit and open its control panel. In the control panel, you will see that an Industrial Explosive needs Aketine Powder and Amethyst Parts.

Produce Industrial Explosives

Produce 3 Industrial Explosives by placing a Shredding Unit to produce Aketine Powder, and a Fitting Unit to produce Amethyst Parts from Amethyst Fibers. Connect the Shredding Unit and the Fitting Unit to the Packaging Unit to produce Industrial Explosives.

Optional: Complete All Industrial Explosive Simulation

Optional Complete All Industrial Explosive Simulation

You can complete the Industrial Explosive Simulation before producing them to get the blueprint for its production. You can also get other rewards for completing this simulation.

How to Complete All Industrial Explosive Simulation

Gather Aketine
Find and collect at least 10 Aketine plants to start the production of Industrial Explosives. Take the zipline to the Core AIC Area.

Produce Aketine Powder with the Shredding Unit
Place the Aketine plants to the Shredding Unit to produce Aketine Powder.

Connect the Shredding Unit to the Packaging Unit
Connect the Shredding Unit to the Packaging Unit to deliver the Aketine Powder.

Produce Amethyst Parts to Deliver to the Packaging Unit
Produce Amethyst Parts by having Amethyst Ores go through a Refining Unit to produce Amethyst Fibers. Then, connect the Refining Unit to a Fitting Unit to produce Amethyst Parts. Connect the Fitting Unit to the Packaging Unit.

Rescue the Trapped Victims
After waiting to produce Industrial Explosives, equip them from the Backpack. Use the zipline back to the mining site and rescue the trapped victims.

Bonus - Save the Trapped Critter
As a bonus objective, you can also save a trapped critter by destroying the rubble after rescuing the victims.
