For free-to-play options, The Endministrator and Chen Qianyu are available during Chapter 1 of the game. The Endministrator will be your Main DPS here, while Chen Qianyu provides Vulnerability stacks.
As for your fourth unit, Akekuri can generate SP due to the team's high Stagger. You can replace Chen Qianyu for Ardelia for healing and more Physical Susceptibility.

Use Lifeng's Skill first before applying Vulnerability on an enemy to inflict Physical Susceptibility. Make sure to use Lifeng's Combo Trigger first before activating his Ultimate.
For your Main DPS, you can use the Endministrator for single-targets, or Da Pan for multi-target scenarios. As for other units, you can use Pogranichnik for SP generation and Chen Qianyu for Vulnerability stacks.
If you need more survivability over damage, you can replace Chen Qianyu for Ardelia for healing and more Physical Susceptibility.
Lifeng's team rotation consists of applying Physical Susceptibility with his Basic Skill, then using his Combo Skill to get Link. He can then use his Ultimate if its available, or the DPS Battle Skill to consume it.
If you're wondering what each step does, here's a more detailed guide to his team rotation:
| 1 | Use the Endministrator's Basic Attack until the Final Strike to trigger Ardelia's Combo Skill. This will apply Corrosion to the enemy, and also trigger Endministrator's Combo Skill. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Next, use Ardelia's Battle Skill to consume the Corrosion and apply Physical and Arts Susceptibility. This increases the damage the enemy takes from both types. |
| 3 | Use Lifeng's Basic Skill to pop the crystal and apply a stack of Vulnerability. |
| 4 | Use the Endministrator's Basic Attack until the Final Strike to trigger Lifeng's Combo Skill and gain Link. Finally, use Lifeng's Ultimate to consume Link and deal heavy damage. If you don't have Lifeng's Ultimate, you can use the Endministrator's Battle Skill instead. |
| 5 | If the enemy is stunned or gets staggered, use Akekuri's Combo Skill to restore some SP. You can also use her Ultimate to restore even more SP to restart the rotation. |
In this team, Lifeng applies Physical Susceptibility, followed by Chen applying a Vulnerable stack. Endmin performs a Final Strike to trigger Lifeng's Combo Skill that chains into Endmin's Combo Skill, with Chen applying more Vulnerable stacks to maximize Endmin's Crush damage.
If you're wondering what each step does, here's a more detailed guide to her team rotation:
| 1 | Start by using Lifeng's Battle Skill to apply Physical Susceptibility to enemies. Follow this up with Chen Qianyu's Battle Skill to get one Vulnerability stack. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Next, do a full string of Endministrator's Basic Attacks to perform Final Strike. Once this is done, cast Lifeng's Combo Skill to apply Link. If you have Lifeng's Ult, use it. If not, continue with the rotation. |
| 3 | Use Endministrator's own Combo Skill to apply Originium Crystals. If you have Endministrator's Ultimate available, use it. If not, continue with the rotation. |
| 4 | Next, use Chen Qianyu's Battle Skill, followed by her Combo Skill, to get Vulnerability stacks to maximum. |
| 5 | As Vulnerability stacks are full, consume them with Endministrator's Battle Skill to deal high Physical DMG. This will then trigger Pogranichnik's Combo Skill, which regenerates a lot of SP because of Endministrator's Vulnerability consumption. |
| 6 | Lastly, cast Ultimates while enemies are Staggered to deal a lot more damage. Lifeng, in particular, will provide crowd-control and damage with Link triggered. |
| 7 | Repeat until all enemies are defeated. |
| Note | As a rule of thumb, Ultimates are better used when enemies are Staggered since they take more damage. Try to save your Ultimates for a rotation where enemies are Staggered or are nearing the Stagger limit! |

The Mono Physical Team rotation seems like a lot of busy work? You're always looking at Chen's C Skill and waiting for it to time out in order to get to Lifeng's C Skill in the turn order all while watching what the enemy is doing. There's too much SP downtime after the rotation is finished. I think it's better and more SP efficient to just 1 > 2 > 3 > Chen C Skill > Lifeng C Skill > Lifeng Ult > Endmin C Skill > Pog B Skill or Endmin Ult/B Skill > Pog C Skill and just repeat straight after.

The thing I wanna know is is applying maximum vulnerabilities really necessary? Would less be more efficient or easier to play with? So many guides are assuming that you need the maximum but I don't think this is the case. Just gotta wait for the theory crafters I guess for more data.
