The latest Arknights: Endfield version update is the Zeroth Directive, Version 1.0 released January 22, 2026 (UTC+8).
The Zeroth Directive features three featured limited characters, Laevatain, Gilberta and Yvonne and the game officially introduces its new elements including AIC, Regional Development and other new features!
The story for this version focuses on the Endministrator's first foray into the world of Talos-II and their exploration of this new land, expanding Endfield Industries in the process.

The latest patch notes of the game was released on January 25, 2026, three days after the game's 1.0 release.

・ Optimized the visual presentation of certain story cutscenes featuring NPC [Chen Qianyu] during the main mission [Chapter II Process I: Stumbling Into Qingbo Stockade].
・Fixed an issue in the narrative event [Let Fire Consume the Ashen Past] where enemies would spawn in abnormal locations under certain circumstances, preventing players from progressing through the mission. ・Fixed an issue on PlayStation®5 devices where the "Only for multiplayer games with PlayStation™5 Network users setting would reset to Off after restarting the game. ・Fixed an issue where the text content of [Memo Beacons] would abnormally fail to display under certain circumstances. ・Fixed an issue where Operator [Laevatain]'s talent descriptions displayed incorrectly when the text language was set to Korean. This is a text-only fix and does not affect the actual in-game effects. ・Fixed an issue where the camera angle could become abnormal after defeating enemies during [Yvonne]'s ultimate duration under certain circumstances. ・Fixed an issue where AIC Mode would function abnormally under certain circumstances when using specific display monitors. ・Added new on-screen prompts for various interfaces when playing on PC using a controller. ・Fixed an issue where in-game audio/voice-overs would abnormally disappear under certain circumstances. ・Fixed an issue where share facilities were not properly hidden in some story dialogues. ・Fixed an issue where industrial facilities overlapped with operator spawn points in certain scenes, causing operators to become stuck. |

| [January 23, 2026 Errors & Bug Fixes] ・ Fixed an issue in the [Weekly Routine] event where the progress bar for the mission "Traverse 1000 meters with ziplines" incorrectly displayed as (1/1) before the mission wasw completed. ・ Fixed an issue on mobile devices where button text would display incorrectly on the Share screen while a controller was connected. ・ Fixed an issue where the Important Item Acquired notification box would abnormally overlap with other UI Interfaces under certain circumstances. ・ Fixed an issue where [Laevatain]'s battle skill effect at 4 stacks of Melting Flame could be abnormally interrupted by certain attacks duriing her ultimate's duration. ・ Fixed an issue in the Wuling area where the mineral purity of certain beds was displayed incorrectly. ・ Fixed an issue where power lines for the [Xirante Relay] would display incorrectly in certain scenes. ・ Fixed an issue where the red-dot notification for Friend Requests would disappear under certain circumstances. ・ Fixed an issue where the tutorial for placing Electric Pylons during the main mission [Chapter I Process I: Rally and Unite] could not be completed under certain circumstances. ・ Fixed an issue where the end times were displayed incorrectly for Arsenal Exchange weapons. |
