Maintenance Progress is the third quest under the The Turbid Heavens mission series. This quest is under Chapter 1 - Process 2 of the main story and is located in OMV Dijiang.
How to Unlock Maintenance Progress
Maintenance Progress is unlocked after reaching Authority Level 18 or above and completing the Work Preparation quest.

Maintenance Progress Quest Guide
- Go to the Control Tower and Talk to Director Qin
- Follow Xaihi to the Manufacturing Cabin
- Use the Control Panel
- Follow Xaihi to the Reception Room
- Follow Xaihi to the Bridge
- Activate the Control Nexus of Dijiang
Go to the Control Tower and Talk to Director Qin
After completing the Work Preparation mission, talk to Director Qin. You and Perlica will now proceed to OMV Dijiang by Xaihi's order. Open the map and use the TP-Link to board Dijiang.
Follow Xaihi to the Manufacturing Cabin
Follow Xaihi to construct the Manufacturing Cabin in Dijiang. The Manufacturing Cabin can produce operator progression materials and EXP. Use Aerospace Materials to construct or upgrade functional cabins aboard Dijiang.
Use the Control Panel
Use the control panel to start using the Manufacturing Cabin. Assign an operator to acquire different bonuses and select a plan on what progression items to acquire. Remember to avoid letting an operator's mood reach zero which will stop the assignment progress.
Follow Xaihi to the Reception Room
You can now use the Reception Room to decorate and display, view records of friends who visited, and TP to a friend's ship. Provide Production Assists to a friend's cabins to get credits which can be spent at the Credit Store.
Follow Xaihi to the Bridge
Follow Xaihi as she exits the Reception Room to go to the Bridge. She shows you where the Control Nexus is as she leaves to answer a call from Sarkaz.
Activate the Control Nexus of Dijiang
Activate the Control Nexus to manage operator assignments of different cabins by using its Central Dashboard. Assign operators to assignments and gain their trust, but they also lose their mood and stops working at zero. Exit and finish the scene to complete the mission.
