Talk to the Endfield Operator

Head over to the objective and talk to the Endfield Operator named Thurston. There, you will learn that Thurston is finding a way to get up the blight-covered post. Follow him until you reach the building.

Your next objective would be to search the area for clues. When you engage in a conversation with Thurston, he will relay deductions regarding the Landbreaker bodies that fell from the high room.

He will instruct you to find more clues about the incident. Remember that you can also use your Scan to guide you to the clues.

The first thing you should do is to run upstairs to the high room, where you'll see the blight.

Go to the other side of the platform. Stand on top of the green cargo. There, you will see the active Blight Core, which you will then need to blow up with a bomb.

Equip a bomb and aim at the Core before throwing it. This will clear out the area of blights. Make sure to stock up on explosives before proceeding to this part of the mission, otherwise return to your AIC and craft some.

When the floor is cleared, head down on the floor and approach the dead body of a Landbreaker. There, you will find a note. Approach the note and select View.

For the second clue, approach the body of the Landbreaker more closely. Examine it by pressing View.

Proceed to the building's Terminal, where you will need to repair and view the log. Press Repair to view the interface, then press Repair again.

Arrange the pieces similar to the image above to solve the Originium Circuitry Module puzzle.

Head down again from the post, down the stairs, and stand nearby the deceased Landbreaker on the ground. Press View to examine the body.
