The best weapon for Perlica is the Detonation Unit. It gives Perlica a lot of Arts Intensity and allows her to increase the enemy's Arts damage taken. Another good choice is Stanza of Memorials, if you're not using her in an Electric team.
You can also use Wild Wanderer for Perlica if you want to boost the team's Electric DMG after she applies Electrification.

The Calibrators also give Perlica more Arts Intensity. This increases her Arts damage by a lot, and she can easily take advantage of this in an Electric team.

Perlica is a character who can apply both Electric Infliction and Electrification through her Battle and Combo Skills. She is a core support of an Electric team who can also deal decent damage.
Trigger Combo Skill To Apply Electrification
Perlica's Combo Skill, Instant Protocol: Chain, applies Electrification on an enemy. Trigger it by having the Controlled Operator attack until their Final Strike. Electrification increases the Arts DMG the enemy takes.
Use Battle Skill To Apply Electric Infliction
Perlica's Battle Skill applies Electric Infliction to enemies, so it's good to use as an opener because of its versatility to set up her allies' Skills. It can also be used to continue rotations.
Use Ultimate For Massive Damage
Lastly, you can use Perlica's Ultimate to deal massive damage as a finisher to a combo or rotation. It also deals a lot of stagger damage.

Perlica is officially the supervisor and spokesperson of Endfield Industries, known for her calm and calculated approach, even in the face of pressure and adversity. She is an expert in Techno-Protocol where her later studies gave birth to the Automated Industry Complex (AIC) project.
While calm and capable, she often faces conflict beyond expectations. This leads to Perlica needing to maintain order through various movements and orders between the base and the outposts.
