AIC Steward is unlocked after reaching Authority Level 15 and completing the Restart Area Stock Redistribution I quest. You'll receive a message from Fiona on your Baker where you can start the quest.

  3. Acquire 5000 Valley Stock Bills
  4. Get the Depot Bus I Upgrade for the Hub

Read the Message from Fiona the Comms Officer

Open your Baker and read the message from Fiona the Comms Officer and she'll discuss how the AIC Steward can hell with the expansion management system.

She'll direct you to the Hub's Core AIC Area where you can interact with the new support bot.

Fast travel to the Core AIC Area and approach the AIC Steward just southwest of the hub for a short tutorial of its features.

Research the Depot Bus

Research the Depot Bus

The tutorial will direct you to research the Depot Bus in the AIC Factory Plan which requires one Basic AIC Index to research, as well as the Power I research node.

Acquire 5000 Valley Stock Bills

Acquire 5000 Valley Stock Bills

You'll need to acquire 5000 Stock Bills to progress the quest. One of the faster ways to do this is to submit items to your outposts in exchange for Stock Bills through outpost orders.

Check the Refugee Camp outpost and trade some materials to get enough Valley Stock Bills.

Get the Depot Bus I Upgrade for the Hub

Get the Depot Bus I Upgrade for the Hub

Once you have enough stock bills, interact with the AIC Steward and purchase the Depot Bus I Upgrade for your hub. The AIC Steward will automatically place the new structure on your hub.
