Amiya appears for a split second in a flashback before the Endministrator emerges in the OMV Dijiang. This occurs after completing the first mission, Process: Cold Start.
This flashback confirms that Amiya is in Arknights: Endfield, and likely has ties to the Endministrator.
Who is Amiya?
Leader of Rhodes Island
Amiya is the top executive of Rhodes Island, one of the companies that founded Endfield Industries. She leads Rhodes Island with the goal to cure Oripathy in mind.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown in Arknights: Endfield. The Reconveners Nexus Files mentions that Warfarin became the leader of Rhodes Island at some point in time, hinting that Amiya either stepped down or has already passed away in the current timeline.
