How to Assign Operator Liaisons
Access the Outpost Management Screen
To start, you must access the Outpost Management Screen by either bringing up the Regional Development screen and accessing it from there or speaking with the outpost leader.
Before trading, you must first ensure that the outpost's trading activities are well looked after. Look to your Operators and review their resumes to determine which one is best suited for overseeing the outpost's trading activities.

Select Your Operator Liaison
To ensure that you have the perfect Operator for the job, you need to pay attention to three things: Faction, Hobbies, and Expertise.
Then, review what the outpost needs, which is shown in the Outpost Property section on the righthand corner of the screen. They may require someone of a certain Faction, or simply someone creative enough to turn trash into treasure.
Once you find the right Operator, assign them and start trading. You'll know assigned the right Operator if you see any of the outpost requirements highlighted yellow, and there are boons displayed on screen.

To see the fruits of your labor, begin trading and see the effects of hiring the right liaison for yourself!
Operator Liaison Effects
Increases Stock Bill Income
Hiring the appropriate Operator Liaison will result in increased Stock Bill income when trading goods!
Valley Stock Bill is used for a myriad of things, such as upgrading facilities, crafting gear, and even purchasing weapons from the in-game Arsenal store!
