Stats Priority
Character Level and Promotion ★★★★★ (Highest Priority)
・Easiest and fastest way to boost character stats
・Uses the easiest to get materials in-game, which is Operator EXP
・Required upgrade to unlock max level, skill and talents
Talent Nodes ★★★★ (High Priority)
・Upgrades niche parts of the character's kit and can be upgraded alongside combat skills
・Increases unique stats of the character and provides additional effects to characters skills
・Protoprisms and Protohedrons are best to farm early due to the skill upgrades being expensive
Combat Skills ★★★ (Medium Priority)
・Directly upgrades character's skills, which affects your overall combat efficiency and power
・Protoprisms and Protohedrons are best to farm early due to the skill upgrades being expensive
Operator Potential ★★ (Low Priority)
・Only upgradeable when you have the character's Operator Token

Prioritize leveling your Character Level first as this is the easiest way to gain character stats in the game. To continue this, promote your character by unlocking their Promotions, which will snowball into allowing you to upgrade the other stats in the game.

Operator Potential should be prioritized last, as these require you rolling character dupes in order for them to activate.

Use your Combat Records and Cognitive Carriers to level up your operators. Combat Records are used to level characters up 60 while Carriers are used to level up characters to 90, so make sure to farm for the right material!

Use your Protodisk and Protosets to promote your characters. Protodisks are used are used to promote up to E2 while Protoset are used to promote up to E4.

Bolets are level up materials found in the overworld in Rare Collection spots that you can track by pressing on the item portrait in-game to have it show on the map. These items can also be cultivated in the OMV Dijiang so you can get it this way too.

Characters have unique Promotion IV materials that will vary between characters, and those can be collected via the Protocol Space or the AIC Quota Exchange for 40 AIC Quota.

Use your Protoprism and Protohedron to level upgrade Talent and Combat Nodes. Protoprism is used for initial talent leveling while Protohedrons are used to for the final talent stages of the characters.

Leveling Potential
Character Potential can be acquired by getting the character's Tokens, which are basically dupes that can be upgraded to make your character more powerful. These upgrades are locked behind duplicates, however and require rolling.
