Zhuang Fangyi is confirmed to be released as a limited 6-star Electric Striker Operator obtainable through the Thunder of Renewal Banner in Version 1.2, which releases on April 17, 2026, and ends on May 22, 2026.
Similar to other Chartered Headhunting banners, it is possible that Zhuang Fangyi remains in the off-rate pool for up to 2 more banners after Thunder of Renewal ends.
Zhuang Fangyi Character Guide (Kit, Abilities, and Skills)
- Trigger Combo Skill with Final Strike or Finisher
- Consume Electrification with Battle Skill
- Enhance Attacks and Skills with Ultimate
Zhuang Fangyi is a 6-star Electric Striker who can apply Electrification with Combo Skill, and consume it with her Battle Skill to enhance its effects. Her Ultimate puts her in a special state that further boosts the range, effect, and damage of her attacks.
Trigger Combo Skill with Final Strike or Finisher
Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill can be triggered by performing a Final Strike or Finisher on an enemy with an active Electric Infliction. This consumes the enemy's infliction, applying Electrification that scales with the number of active Electric Infliction stacks.
Consuming 1 stack of Electric Infliction applies a level 1 Electrification, while consuming 2 stacks applies a level 2 Electrification.
How to Perform Final Strike and Effects
Consume Electrification with Battle Skill
Using Battle Skill will consume Electrification, creating Sunderblades depending on the Electrification level consumed.
Casting Battle Skill on an enemy with no Electrification summons 1 Sunderblade, and consuming a level 1 and 2 Electrification will summon 2 and 3 Sunderblades, respectively. Up to 3 Sunderblades can be created per cast, and up to 9 Sunderblades can exist on the field.
These Sunderblades further enhance her Battle Skill, creating additional strikes based on the number present on the field.
Enhance Attacks and Skills with Ultimate
Casting Ultimate allows Zhuang Fangyi to enter the Empyrean of Truth state, which enhances her Basic Attack, Combo Skill, and Battle Skill.
During her Ultimate, Zhuang Fangyi's Basic Attacks gain increased range, her Battle Skill's range increases and can apply Electric Infliction on the final hit, while her Combo Skill's cooldown decreases and can take effect on multiple enemies at once.
Additionally, Zhuang Fangyi gains increased resistance to interruption during her Ultimate, and the first Battle Skill cast does not consume SP or Electrification and is guaranteed to summon 3 Sunderblades at once.

Zhuang Fangyi Lore Details
Viceroy of Wuling
Zhuang Fangyi is the Viceroy and a Tianshi of Wuling. Previously, she was a former Tianshi Intern who worked with the Endministrator prior to losing their memories.
Likely a Combination of Sui Siblings
Zhuang Fangyi bears a striking resemblance to the Sui siblings in the original Arknights game. She wears clothes similar to Shu, a body similar to Ling, an appearance similar to Dusk, and draconic features similar to Nian.
Considering Zhuang Fangyi's appearance in Wuling, which also closely resembles the Terran country of Yan, we could see similarities between the two.

She bears resemblance exclusively to Shu because of her outfit, color scheme, and soft-spoken personality, I don't see the other siblings in her. Again, if it was intentional, Shu seems to be the most reasonable female sibling there, thus making a counterpart as a national regent in Talos-II.
