How to Unlock Counterstrike Brewing
Counterstrike Brewing is immediately unlocked after completing the Entering the Endgame quest and has no level restrictions.

Find Crowe
Head up the stairs and ramp to see Angro who is on a mission for Crowe and tells us that Crowe is in the control room nearby. Follow the path of the transport belt.
Defeat the Landbreakers Blocking Your Way
Enter the room through the broken wall and defeat three Landbreakers inside.
Open the Rolling Gate and Go to the Lab
To open the gate, you must repair the Originium Circuitry. Drag first component to make a C shape and place on the left side, while the other component should have a reverse C shape and placed on the bottom right side. Enter the room to finally meet Crowe.
