How to Unlock Seekers of the Lost Treasure I
Complete Surging From a Withered Spring
You can unlock Seekers of the Lost Treasure I by completing the Surging From a Withered Spring main mission of Chapter 2: Process 3. Afterwards, you'll spot Piot a couple of steps away from the TP-point in Skyhold Ridge, where he'll ask you to rescue Martina for him.

Seekers of the Lost Treasure I Walkthrough
Go to Martina's Location and Rescue Her
Go to Martina's location and rescue her after talking to Piot and having him mark your map. You'll encounter several enemies along the way, so just simply fight them off until you reach Martina's cage.
Follow Martina and Seek the Secret Messages
After rescuing her and listening to her story, follow Martina and seek the secret messages. Martina will walk ahead of you, so simply chase after her until she reaches the location few paces away from where she was being held captive.
Photograph the Secret Message
Once there, exhaust the dialogue with Martina, then photograph the secret message at the marked location. You don't have to move the camera around as the quest automatically locks into the secret message, so simply snap a photo and show it to Martina afterwards.
Go the Riverbank Mentioned in the Message
Then, go to the Riverbank mentioned in the message, located south of the Ancestral Spring. It will take a bit of walking to get to the location, so make sure to use the TP-point south of the Ancestral Spring then head southward to reach it with ease.
Photograph the Bamboo Water Chimes
Once you've reached the riverbank, talk to Martina once more, then photograph the Bamboo Water Chime. As with the first secret message, the quest automatically fixes the camera for you, so take a photo of the bamboo then show it to Martina to conclude the quest, and immediately start Seekers of the Lost Treasure II!
