A Breeze Away is unlocked after completing the A Glance of Astonishment from The Way of Water quest series with no level restriction.

- Go to the City Outskirts and Meet the Guide
- Follow Lifeng to the Destination
- Defeat the Aggeloi
- Deploy the PAC at the Marked Location
- View the Wuling AIC Plan
- Check on Bai Shuang
- Use the Facility List to Construct a Fluid Pump
- Place the Fluid Pump at the Designated Spot
- Place Fluid Supply Unit at the Designated Spot
- Connect the Fluid Pump to the Fluid Supply Unit
- Power the Fluid Pump and Fluid Supply Unit with the Xiranite Pylon
- Fill Up the Canal
- Go to the Area with Abnormal Depth Readings
- Defeat the Aggeloi
- Check Blighted Zone
- Meet Up with Lifeng to Discuss the Next Step
Go to the City Outskirts and Meet the Guide
Head north of the Main Pillar Office and find your way to the city outskirts. You meet Lifeng, your guide and Wuling Watchguard.
Follow Lifeng to the Destination
Follow Lifeng's path down the stairs until you reach your destination. You also meet Bai Shuang and Yan Ning, head of the Wuling Xiranite Application and Tech Production Unit.
Defeat the Aggeloi
Surrounded by an Aggeloi after an ambush, defeat all seven Aggeloi to save everyone. You learn that the Aggeloi in the region come from an Ankhor deep within the Blight Tide.
Deploy the PAC at the Marked Location
Follow the path to the Core AIC Area of Wuling City to deploy the PAC.
View the Wuling AIC Plan
The Wuling AIC Plan mainly offers fluid-related technology for research. Several of the AIC Plan technologies have already been researched.
Check on Bai Shuang
You hear Bai Shuang scream from a distance. Head to her location to check on her. A landslide occurred that took out the irrigation channels.
Use the Facility List to Construct a Fluid Pump
Once back to the Core AIC Area, open the Facility List and select the Fluid Pump to construct. You will also construct a Fluid Supply Unit.
Fluid Pump How to Unlock and Get
Place the Fluid Pump at the Designated Spot
Head back to where Bai Shuang is and place the Fluid Pump at the projected area.
Place Fluid Supply Unit at the Designated Spot
At the opposite side, place the Fluid Supply Unit at the projected area.
Connect the Fluid Pump to the Fluid Supply Unit
Equip the pipelines and connect the Fluid Pump outlet to move fluids to the Fluid Supply Unit.
Fluid Supply Unit Recipes and How to Get
Power the Fluid Pump and Fluid Supply Unit with the Xiranite Pylon
Open your backpack and select the Xiranite Pylon and place it to power up the Fluid Pump and Fluid Supply Unit.

Fill Up the Canal
Now that the pump and supply unit are powered, let it fill up the canal.
Go to the Area with Abnormal Depth Readings
Jump your way through the lily pads and make your way up the stairs to Bugui Grove.
Defeat the Aggeloi
As you reach the top, defeat 6 Aggeloi that are causing the abnormal readings.
Check Blighted Zone
Yan Ning gathers data from the active Blight. The Blight is spreading faster than expected. Yan Ning instructs Bai Shuang to take the data to the Xiranite Central Laboratory.
Meet Up with Lifeng to Discuss the Next Step
Head back to the Core AIC Area to talk with Lifeng. He gives you information on a path to the lab, where you meet Zhuang Fangyi.
