You can unlock Three Swords of Mastery after completing The Way of Water Chapter 2 - Process 2 quest line. Finish the final mission in the quest line to make the exploration mission visible in the map.

Speak to Tin Ingot in Wuling City
You can start Three Swords of Mastery by speaking to Tin Ingot in Wuling City. Head east of the Bureau of Swordmancers to find her.
Activate the Sword Pell
After talking to Tin Ingot, approach the sword pell behind her. Interact with the sword pell to activate the puzzle. There are three platforms and they will light up in a sequence.
Raise the First Pell
To do the puzzle, perform a dive attack on the platform in the correct sequence to raise the pell. If you get the sequence wrong, the puzzle will end and you would have to interact with the sword pell again to restart.
How to Raise the First Pell
| First Pell Puzzle Sequence | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Perform a dive attack on the right pressure plate first. |
| 2 | Next, perform a dive attack on the middle pressure plate. |
| 3 | Finally, do a dive attack on the left pressure plate. This will raise the first pell. |
Talk to Tin Ingot
Go back and talk to Tin Ingot. He tells you that there are two more pells to raise.
Raise the Second Pell
Go down the new path and use the jump pad to get to the second pell. The pressure plates are now in four corners. Interact with the mechanism to activate the puzzle.
How to Raise the Second Pell
| Second Pell Puzzle Sequence | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Perform a dive attack on the bottom-right pressure plate first. |
| 2 | Next, perform a dive attack on the top-left pressure plate. |
| 3 | Then, do a dive attack on the top-right pressure plate. |
| 4 | Finally, do a dive attack on the bottom-left pressure plate. This will raise the second pell. |
Raise the Third Pell
From the second pell, turn around and make two left turns. At the middle of the hallway, jump down to the location of the third pell. There are five platforms, with one platform hidden behind a shelf.
How to Raise the Third Pell
| Third Pell Puzzle Sequence | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Perform a dive attack on the bottom-left pressure plate first. |
| 2 | Next, perform a dive attack on the bottom-right pressure plate. |
| 3 | Then, do a dive attack on the top-left pressure plate. |
| 4 | Then, find the hidden platform behind the shelf. Do a dive attack as the fourth in the sequence. |
| 5 | Finally, do a dive attack on the top-right pressure plate. This will raise the third pell. |
Raise the Central Pell
There are three platforms are surrounding the pond near the central pell. The platforms will light up 10 times.
How to Raise the Central Pell
| Central Pell Puzzle Sequence | |
|---|---|
| 1 | First, do a dive attack on the right pressure plate, beside the second tallest sword pell. |
| 2 | Next, perform a dive attack on the bottom pressure plate. This is in front of the lowest sword pell in the middle. |
| 3 | Then, do a dive attack on the left pressure plate right by the highest sword pell. |
| 4 | Then, go back to the bottom pressure plate and perform another dive attack there. |
| 5 | Return to the right pressure plate to do the fifth dive attack. |
| 6 | Go around and do the next dive attack on the left pressure plate. |
| 7 | Go down and do a dive attack on the bottom pressure plate next. |
| 8 | Go back to the right pressure plate and do another dive attack. |
| 9 | Come back to the bottom pressure plate and do another dive attack. |
| 10 | Finally, the left pressure plate is the last in this sequence. Perform a dive attack there to complete the puzzle. |
Talk to Tin Ingot
Go back to talk to Tin Ingot. He gets excited and thinks he will graduate, until he gets a call that he is in trouble.
