Lycia is a mysterious woman who briefly appeared in the main mission, Mysterious Signal. She is a former Endfield Industries operator who has since gone solo for reasons yet to be known.
She was last seen by the Endministrator and their companions at the Originium Power Plant in Valley IV's Power Plateau. Much like everything about her, her current whereabouts and activity are also unknown.

Former Endfield Industries Operator
According to Perlica, Lycia formerly worked as an Operator for Endfield Industries. However, out of respect for her privacy, Perlica chose to withdraw more information about her and her reasons for leaving the company.
Since leaving Endfield, Lycia kept communications with her former colleagues to a minimum. During the quest, Perlica was evidently woeful about Lycia's departure, but also evidently respectful of her decision.
Lycia Has Her Own Hunt
Lycia, though having worked with a company and a team, has her own targets to hunt. Each and every Aether activity that occurs is a clue for her, like footprints left behind by her prey.
The targets of this hunt are currently unknown. However, it plays a huge part in Lycia's departure from Endfield.
Has a Promise to Keep
While there was little to no information about Lycia revealed by Perlica, another notable thing she did mention was that she had a promise to keep—one that she made with the Endministrator personally.
However, due to the Endministrator's current situation, they have no recollection of what this promise could be. Regardless, it could be closely tied to Lycia's personal hunt and, subsequently, her reasons for leaving Endfield Industries.

Wields Fire and a Sword
During the main mission cutscene, Lycia was shown to be extremely proficient in wielding a sword, and brandishing the power of flames.
Using this information, one can surmise that if Lycia were to become playable someday, her weapon would be a sword, and her Arts attribute is Heat.
Lycia was Personally Trained by the Endministrator
As revealed in the official comic, The Promise, Lycia was trained by the Endministrator personally during her time in Endfield.
Lycia is Likely a Draco
As for Lycia's race, due to her horns, reptilian tail, and control over fire Arts, she is likely a Draco.
