- Talk to Perlica and Sort the Intel
- Follow the Footprints
- Use the Scanning Feature to Look for Suspicious Clues
- Tell the Agents Your Final Decision
- Talk to the Logistics Director Salman
Talk to Perlica and Sort the Intel
Speak to Perlica in front of the Hub Base Power Plant south of the Core AIC Area for a cutscene where you sort the intel you've collected from the previous quest.
Once the cutscene ends, you'll need to head to the site of the negotiations which is on a forked path just north of the Hub Base Power Plant.
Follow the Footprints
Use your scanner to scan the area and reveal footprints heading south down the road. Follow the road until you reach an overturned truck where you can inspect six clues near the wreckage.
After inspecting all six clues, head slightly south from the wreckage for a cutscene where you discuss the clues with your team.
Use the Scanning Feature to Look for Suspicious Clues
Head back to the Hub Base Power Plant where you first spoke to Perlica then use your scanner to look for clues around the area the follow the footprints which should lead you down a ravine where you'll need to fight a group of Landbreakers.
Once all Landbreakers are defeated, inspect the trashcans to find a Landbreaker Outfit. Walk back a few steps from where you got the clue for a cutscene.
Tell the Agents Your Final Decision
Fast travel to the TP Point northeast of the Core AIC Area to reach the Rockhill Passage and head southwest to speak with the Agents about your final decision.
A long cutscene will play and you'll receive a message afterwards on your Baker.
Talk to the Logistics Director Salman
Fast travel to the TP Point in Hub Base then head slightly northeast and speak to Salman in front of the entrance of the Old Factor for another cutscene where you'll need to decide which deal to sign.
Your choice here doesn't appear to affect anything regarding the quest except Salman's final comments, so pick whichever choice you like. After making a decision, Salman thanks you for your helph which also ends the quest.
