Rare Growths are obtained from designated gathering sites containing the rare materials in Arknights: Endfield. See an interactive map of rare growths and their locations, which materials can be found in each site, and what they are, here!

Rare Growths contain the rare materials used to promote operators and upgrade operator skills. Different amounts and rarities of materials are required for each subsequent upgrade.
Refreshes One Charge Daily
Rare Growths can only be gathered a limited number of times before they need to refresh with the daily reset. Check the Rare Growth's pin on the map to check the amount of time remaining before they refresh.
