Pull From the Weapon Issue Banner
The most common method of getting weapons is via the Weapon Issue Banner, wherein players can spend Arsenal Tickets to do 10-pulls on various weapon banners. These Arsenal Tickets, in turn, come from pulling on the Headhunting Character Banners.

Purchase in the Arsenal Exchange
You can also use the Arsenal Tickets to buy rotating weapons in the Arsenal Exchange, or buy 6-Star weapons from the Endpoint Quota Exchange using Endpoint Quota.
Purchased at Stock Redistribution Terminals
Some weapons are available in the Stock Redistribution Terminals, varying based on the area. Get them from each major area available!

Upgrade Weapon Potentials
If you have spare copies of a single weapon lying around, you can consume them to upgrade said weapon's potential. This will increase the effectiveness of the weapon's skills, making it stronger in combat.
