Secure Sanctuary is the fifth quest under the The Broken Lands mission series. This quest is under Chapter 1 - Process 1 of the main story and is located in Valley Pass.
How to Unlock Secure Sanctuary
Secure Sanctuary is immediately unlocked after completing the Westward into the Vale quest and has no level restrictions.

- Follow Karja to the Shelter
- Give Ginny Some Medical Attention
Enter the Valley Pass
After finishing the last quest, cross the bridge and follow the road to enter Valley Pass. As you approach the dark haze, you realize you cannot pass through it.
Look Around for Another Path
Go to the right of the road and destroy the crates to find another path. Progress down the trail and cross a pipe bridge. Keep advancing until you see Landbreakers.
Defeat the Landbreakers
The Landbreakers seem to be hunting someone. Stop their plans and defeat them. After clearing, the team sees the man being hunted run away.
Catch Up to the Fleeing Person
Follow the path the person took, pass under a tree, and cross a pipe bridge. The civilian hides in a Landbreaker camp.
Defeat the Landbreakers Again
Defeat the Landbreakers to hear them mention Nefarith, the one behind all the mess. Wulfgard makes the civilian appear himself. He introduces himself as Karja and asks for help about his sick sister, Ginny.
Follow Karja to the Shelter
Follow Karja's path to the secret shelter. Here, you will meet Ginny and Soth, who seems to be the one in charge. Perlica assures Soth and Ginny that helping others is part of their mission.
Give Ginny Some Medical Attention
Approach Ginny to give her medical treatment. Perlica does the treatment that takes Ginny's pain and the rocks on her body disappear. Soth apologizes and asks for our protection, and Perlica agrees that they should shoulder the risk.
