Pogranichnik's role is to provide SP through Vulnerabilty stack consumption with his Battle Skill and Combo Skill.
Pogranichnik's Ultimate can provide massive damage and restore more SP for the party.
Inflict Breach with Battle Skill
Pogranichnik's Battle Skill will inflict Breach on an enemy. Breach will have different effects depending on whether or not an enemy has a Vulnerability stack.
If the enemy has no Vulnerability stacks, they will receive some after getting Breached. If the enemy is Vulnerable, stacks will be consumed to increase the Physical DMG received by that enemy temporarily.
Make sure that the enemy has Vulnerability stacks inflicted by your other units before using Pogranichnik's Battle Skill to inflict the Physical DMG debuff.
Restore SP with Combo Skill
Pogranichnik's Combo Skill can be triggered when Crush or Breach consumes Vulnerability stacks. Upon use, Progranichnik deals damage and restores SP depending on the amount of Vulnerability stacks consumed.
Make sure to have at least three or four Vulnerability stacks before using Pogranichnik's Combo Skill to maximize the SP restoration.
Deal Massive DMG with Ultimate
Using Pogranichnik's Ultimate will summon Shieldguards and generate five points of Steel Oath. These Steel Oath points can be consumed by inflicting a Physical status on an enemy, or dealing damage through Progranichnik's Combo Skill.
When a Steel Oath point is consumed, a Shieldguard will be used to deal damage and restore SP. Once all Steel Oath points have been consumed, the Shieldguards will deal massive Physical DMG and help restore plenty of SP.

Rhodes Island Field Officer
