Valley Reboot is the second quest under the The Broken Lands mission series. This quest is under Chapter 1 - Process 1 of the main story and is located in The Hub.
How to Unlock Valley Reboot
Valley Reboot is unlocked after reaching Authority Level 2 or above and completing the Break the Siege quest.
Valley Reboot Walkthrough
Go to the Deployment Area in the Base Outskirts
After finishing the Break the Siege quest, activate the TP Point and walk down the stairs.
Optional: Rescue the Trapped UWST Crew Mates
| 1 |  UWST Crew Mate Location 1 As you run closer to the deployment area, a UWST Crew Mate cries for help on top of a platform. Run up the platform and defeat the Landbreakers that surround the crew mate. |

| 2 |  UWST Crew Mate Location 2 From the first location, head down the stairs and turn left towards a camp in a narrow path. Free the second crew mate by defeating the Landbreakers that trapped him. |
| 3 |  UWST Crew Mate Location 3 From the exact location of the second crew mate, turn right on the forked path. Head on up a flight of stairs to find the third crew mate. Don't forget to get the chest behind him too! |
Defeat the Landbreaker Mob
As you approach the deployment area in the Core AIC Area, a mob of Landbreakers occupies the area. Defeat the mob and talk to Chen and Perlica. Confused with the Landbreakers' intentions with the area, Andre arrives to help with the cleanup.
Deploy the Protocol Automation-Core
After cleaning up the area, you are now set to prepare the AIC Factory. Help deploy the Protocol Automation-Core.
Start Power Transmission from the PAC
From the PAC, start power transmission and plug the power transmission cable into the Relay Tower deployed.
Transmit Power to the Protocol Resonance Tower
Start transmission from the recently powered relay tower, then head down the hill. Place a second relay tower in the projected location and plug the power transmission cable to it. From the second relay tower, start transmission and turn right. Near the road, place a third relay tower to plug the transmission cable to.
Finally, plug the cable to the Protocol Resonance Tower at the other side of the road. This allows you to access the Protocol Synchronizer menu. Open up the map and teleport back to the PAC.
