The New Horizons beginner banner will release on January 22, 2026 at the same time as Arknights: Endfield does.
The New Horizons banner does not have an end date, enabling Endministrators to pull on it whenever they wish. However, upon reaching the maximum of 40 pulls, this banner will end and can no longer be pulled for.

These are the five 6-Star Operators you can acquire in the New Horizons standard banner, which only has a maximum of 40 pulls and can only be pulled for with HH Permits.
Upon reaching 40 pulls, Endministrators are guaranteed to get one of the characters above, after which this banner will be disabled.
Get HH Permits by Progressing Through the Main Mission
HH Permits are the exclusive currency for the New Horizons banner and can only be acquired by progressing through the main story.
