Destination Wuling is the third quest under the Lost in the Marsh mission series. This quest is under Chapter 2 - Process 1 of the main story and is located in Jingyu Valley.
How to Unlock Destination Wuling
Destination Wuling is immediately unlocked after completing the Stumbling Into Qingbo Stockade quest from the Lost in the Marsh quest series with no level restriction.

Keep Advancing
Right after crossing the bridge from the last mission, keep advancing until you see the first waterwheel.
Reactivate the First Waterwheel
To activate the waterwheel, you need to rotate the structures so that the water will fall and land on the waterwheel. Hit the mechanism on top of the ramp twice to rotate the taller structure. Hit the second mechanism once to rotate the smaller structure to its correct direction.
Reactivate the Second Waterwheel
To fix the second waterwheel, hit the mechanism before the stairs once, and the mechanism on top of the stairs twice.
Reactivate the Third Waterwheel
Continue to move towards the third waterwheel before getting stopped by Aggeloi blocking the path.
Clean Out the Aggeloi in the Way
Defeat all three Aggeloi that are in the way.
Reactivate the Third Waterwheel
To the right of the Aggeloi is a single mechanism. Hit it twice, then head down the trail and up the ramp to the second mechanism. Hit it twice to start the waterwheel and open the gate.
Keep Advancing
Make your way towards the opened entrance. Turn right to cross a path by the waterfalls to get to the entrance.
Talk to Tangtang
Talk to Tangtang before entering the gate. Tangtang grants you the Third Seat of the fam and a token.
Go to Wuling City
Pass through the gate and cross the lilypads. Head up path as Perlica alerts you.
Defeat the Aggelos in the Way
A floating Aggelos stands in front of you. Defeat the Aggelos and its minions to continue your journey to Wuling City. Interrupt the Aggelos' charged skill, dodge its tentacles and fireballs, and jump over its shockwave attack.
Continue Along the Secret Path
A secret path has opened after defeating the Aggelos. Follow the path up the stairs.
Reach the End of the Secret Tunnel
Just keep going up the stairs until you reach the end of the secret tunnel, which is just a wall. As soon as Tangtang blows the wall up, you enter a secret facility and Tangtang looks to steal until she was stopped by Mi Fu.
Talk to Perlica
Approach Perlica to talk about the situation so far.
Talk to Mi Fu
Find Mi Fu within the facility. You offer to repair the defenses of the facility. Mi Fu asks you follow her.
Follow Mi Fu
Walk with Mi Fu who presents a jet drone for you to test out.
Acquire Filled Ferrium Bottles from the Watchguards
The jet drone won't work without water. Approach the watchguard to get filled Ferrium bottles from.
Shoot the Mechanism with the Jet Drone to Open a Path
Open the Easy Tools menu and switch to the Spray icon. Select the water bottle for the drone to consume. While in jet drone mode, click the left mouse button or the attack button to start spraying fluids at the crosshair.
Keep Advancing
Head up the ramp and follow Mi Fu. Open the gate to enter another room.
Shoot the Mechanism with the Jet Drone to Open a Path
You need to shoot at two mechanisms to open the door. The first mechanism is just beside the door, while the other is to the left at a separate area.
Leave the Field Logistics Depot
Head out the door and make your way towards the railing to see Wuling City to end the mission.
