AIC Indexes can be obtained by finding Protocol Dataloggers, which are found all across Talos-II in Arknights: Endfield. See an interactive map of all AIC Index locations in each region, and where to find them here!

Where to Use AIC Indexes
Spend Them for More Facilities
Once you have obtainted AIC Indexes from Protocol Dataloggers, you can spend them to progress on the AIC Tree to unlock more types of buildings that can be used for building factories.
Some nodes down on the Tree will require its prerequisite node to be unlocked first. Keep that in mind and spend your Indexes wisely depending on what you are prioritizing to manufacture!
How to Collect AIC Index
Find Protocol Dataloggers
Protocol Dataloggers are beacons found throughout Talos-II, signified by the inflatable tube men flailing around from its base. They are all found at fixed locations on the map, and will disappear after interacting with it to claim the AIC Index.
Find as many Protocol Dataloggers as you can, as they are necessary to unlock more facilities for your Factories!
