Go to the Institute of Materials Science
After finishing the previous mission, head to the Institute of Materials Science.
Enter the Xiranite Central Laboratory
Once in the Institute of Materials Science, head up the stairs to the Xiranite Central Laboratory.
Talk to Zhuang Fangyi
Walk towards Zhuang Fangyi and the Tianshi who are calibrating the data. You decide to help Zhuang complete the testing before new issues start to appear.

Use the Flow Control Node to Activate the Jet Drone
Connect to the flow control node to use the jet drone to activate it.
Harmonize the Stabilizing Rods with the Jet Drone
Once the jet is activated, sprinkle water to the stabilizing rods until the meter meets the bar to harmonize.
How to Spray and Change Water Type
Talk to Zhuang Fangyi
Head up the stairs and talk to Zhuang Fangyi to give you a tour. This action will enter Immersion Mode in which some features are not available temporarily.

Talk to Zhuang Fangyi
Go back to Zhuang Fangyi and talk to her. She asks how you feel about the city. She suggest to wait outside.
Follow Zhuang Fangyi
Follow Zhuang Fangyi outside the laboratory to the blooming pear tree in the city. She mentions that the first pear tree of the city was your gift. A Tiangshi informs you that a sky pole was lost at Fangxing Avenue, and Zhuang Fangyi drags you along.
Look for the Sky Pole
As you go down to find the sky pole, you and Zhuang Fangyi hear a child crying. You go to the crying child first.
Talk to the Child Who Lost the Balloon
The child, Xiao Xiang, had his balloon taken by a machine. Zhuang Fangyi offers to buy another chubby lung.
Keep Looking for the Sky Pole
Keep following Zhuang Fangyi to the center of the city to find a sprinkler truck that must have hit by the sky pole.
Inspect the Sprinkler Truck
Approach the sprinkler truck to inspect the vehicle. After trying different inspections, passersby volunteer to move the truck out of the way. They also suggest blocking the sky pole's path which did not work.
Follow the Sky Pole
Follow the path the sky pole took around the city. It makes a stop at Da Pan's restaurant, then hits a post. Soon after, the sky pole performance begins. You walk with Zhuang Fangyi and she tells you about the past of Wuling and herself. Perlica calls to tell you that the blueprints are completed. You part ways with Zhuang Fangyi.
