Arknights Endfield - How to Recover Sanity and Increase Sanity Limit

Players can recover Sanity in Arknights: Endfield by letting it regenerate over time, consuming Sanity recovery items and exchanging Origeometry. See how to recover and increase Sanity in this guide!

Wait for Sanity to Recover Over Time

Regen Rate 1 Sanity every 7 Minutes and 12 seconds

Sanity is Arknights: Endfield's version of in-game Stamina, allowing players to use them on Protocol Passes or other events that require its use.

By default, Sanity will slowly regenerate over time, at a rate of 1 Sanity restored after 7 Minutes and 12 seconds. This will continue until your Sanity is capped, with no overcapping or additional Sanity stored afterwards.

Use Sanity Recovery Items

Sanity Recovery
Players can restore Sanity by using recovery items such as Emergency Sanity Boosters which will instantly supply around ~40 Sanity when consumed.

These items will be limited naturally by the game, so make sure to use them during materials farming or in crucial patch times.

Players may also exchange Origeometry for 40 Sanity per Origeometry spent. However, as Origeometry is a limited resource that is also used for pulling Banners, this option is only meant as a last resort.

To increase the Sanity cap, players need to increase their Authority Level. The Authority level is their in-game account's level and the sanity gain is incremental by 5, but the max Sanity Limit at Level 60 is yet to be known.

You can spend Sanity on Protocol Spaces, allowing you to get important character and gear materials. Each Protocol Space specializes on a particular item type, so make sure to spend them in the correct one!

Be sure to spend your Sanity as part of your dailies so they do not reach max cap or you will be wasting these as the game has no stamina buffer mechanic as of the moment.

We highly recommend starting off with prioritizing the Promotions space for the Protodisk and Protoset materials as they end being one of the relatively uncommon items in the game.

When starting the game, we also recommend taking a look at the Operator EXP Protocol Space so you can easily level up your characters along your early progression!
