Endministrator

It is not possible to remove Endmin's mask in the game. This is because this mask is a built-in accessory for their character design, which is unique enough to distinguish them from other playable characters.

Endministrator Seen Without Mask in Release Trailer

However, we do have an idea of what the Endministrators look like without their masks on their face. This is seen in the Arknights: Endfield Official Release Trailer, where both male and female Endmins can be seen without them at different points of the video.

Endmin's Mask is Used to Stabilize Vitals

Perlica Mentions the Purpose of Endmin
At the start of the game, you are required to choose either the Male or Female Endmin. Regardless of who you choose, both are equipped with masks that cannot be removed.

In a cutscene, the Endmin wakes up at the OMV Dijiang after being retrieved by Perlica, who explains that the mask is a necessary suppressor for stabilizing vitals after being asleep for a decade.
