Find Rosa's Love

Find Rosa

After talking to her, you can find Rosa's Love inside a makeshift shelter, right above a herd of Landbreaker enemies. Keep in mind that this mission requires you to have opened up the Valley Pass Outpost by completing the Building an Outpost mission, so we suggest crossing that off first before proceeding!

To find Rosa's love, walk straight then a make sharp turn to your right as soon as you see the warehouse leading to the nearby Landbreaker enemies.

Right after stepping in the block, Fiona should remark that someone has fled up there, which refers to Romano, Rosa's missing love.

Then, head towards the enemies on the next level, and go straight to the jump pad that's connected to an Electric Nexus. There will be enemies along the way, so simply dispatch them until you reach the pad.
4 At this point, if you have connected the nearby Electric Nexus to a power source, the Jump Pad should be functional which you can use to reach Romano, otherwise, you'll have to connect the Electric Nexus to the Refugee Camp's Sub-PAC to transmit power and make it functional.

The path from the Refugee Camp's Sub-PAC is pretty straightforward, but make sure to bring, at least, 4-6 Relay Towers with you to connect the Nexus to the Sub-PAC.

Once you've successfully transmitted power to the Electric Nexus, the Jump Pad should also become functional. Use it to propel yourself upwards, then head straight to the makeshift shelter where Rosa's love is located.

Speak to Romano

Speak to Romano

Romano is hiding inside one of the shipping containers. Speak to him for a cutscene who will ask you to take his watch back to Rosa and tell her that he's dead.

Take the Watch to Rosa

Make your way back to Passage Entrance and speak to Rosa. You'll have the option to tell you that Romano is dead or tell her that he's leaving her.

If you tell her that he's dead, she'll decide to retrieve his body. If you tell her that Romano leaving her, she'll decide to go find him anyways.

Regardless of your choice, Rosa leaves to find Romano which also ends the quest.
