Forge of the Sky is an AIC building in Arknights: Endfield. See how to unlock Forge of the Sky, how to use the Forge of the Sky, all Forge of the Sky recipes, the best Forge of the Sky layout, and more!

To build the Forge of the Sky, players will need to progress the main story until they reach the mission The Surging Tide. During the quest, the player automatically unlocks the Xiranite Forging node in the Wuling AIC Plan, which unlocks the Forge of the Sky.

To craft a Forge of the Sky, you will need Ferrium Parts, which can be made by refining Ferrium Ore and passing the resulting Ferrium through a Fitting Unit.

While you can craft multiple Forges of the Sky, you can only place a limited amount in Wuling. By default, you can only place one Forge of the Sky throughout all of your Wuling AICs. Getting the Forge Expansion I node in the Wuling AIC Plan will allow you to place a second Forge of the Sky.
The Forge of the Sky's primary use is to manufacture Xiranite, a key component in numerous Wuling recipes, namely the LC Wuling Battery and the Xiranite Component.
LC Wulling Batteries are your primary source of power, providing 1600 Power when fed to a Thermal Bank. Xiranite Components, on the other hand, are used to craft Level 70 Gold Gear, which is currently the best gear you can get in the game.

The layout above shows a compact Xiranite production line that only requires one energy Pylon to power all of its parts. It also contains a Protocol Stash in the center to take in the third Sandleaf Powder output, which will help prevent clogging.

While you can send the resulting Xiranite to your Stash for future use, you can also attach the Xiranite output to other production lines as input. For example, you can send the Xiranite to a Packaging Unit alongside Dense Originium Powder to create LC Wuling Batteries.
You can also send it to a Gearing Unit alongside Packed Origocrust to create Xiranite Components.
